Occasionally things get a little tough with understanding different technology. If you find yourself needing some help, your first point of contact should be through the partner you purchased our products from. They will be able to open a case for you and, through our Trouble Ticketing System, work with us to find a speedy resolution to your problem.
Sometimes, the channel may be unable to support you. We'd still like to help. Simply fill in the support form to the left, giving as much detail as you can as to your problem, and we'll get on the case.
When things go wrong, and sometimes they do, it's good to know that you have the manufacturer's warranty to fall back on.
We're very confident in not only our products, but their performance as well - so, we've tried to make our warranty as simple and friendly as possible.
